Hi, I’m Dana, a professional, an author, and a positive motivator. I have over 15 years of experience in nonprofit and small business services. I am a strong-willed, empowered, and motivated businesswoman. My areas of specialty consist of organizational management and leadership, program oversight, selecting new hire candidates, and conducting interviews. I am a single mother of three beautiful, active children, (one girl, and two boys) who are very inquisitive and help keep me motivated. I have been fortunate to have a loving family support system. My family and friends have always encouraged me to pursue my dreams and passion and they understand my kind, compassionate, empathetic, and caring nature.

The work I do is more than “work”. I truly enjoy encouraging and supporting people, being their cheerleader, and supporting their efforts to be successful. I help my clients expand to be the best version of themselves or businesses that they can be. 

I love the thought of influencing people through my ability to be positive in adversity and leaving a lasting impression on someone in this world. I enjoy warm weather, walking outdoors, the beach, and adventure. I am a constant learner and love sharing my knowledge and experience with others. I love traveling, both locally and across states. One of my favorite places is South Carolina. I enjoy problem-solving and putting things together like bookshelves and dressers from Ikea. I am an introvert that enjoys private alone time but also enjoys occasional outings to see and hear live music and have a glass of wine. I also enjoy laughing, it soothes my soul.
